Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

BlankFX is operated by New Rewards Network Ltd, a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands ("we", "us"). This notice explains what personal data we handle when you use blankfx.org and app.blankfx.org.

2. Data we collect

• Account details you give us: email address, name, phone number and company name.
• Identity and business verification records, collected through our verification provider when a service requires it.
• Wallet addresses you connect, and transaction data that is public on the blockchain.
• Payment request details you enter, such as a payer's name and contact.
• Technical logs and error reports, and analytics on this website if you accept analytics cookies.

3. How we use it, and why we may

• To provide the BlankFX software and keep it secure (needed to perform our agreement with you).
• To screen wallets and users against sanctions lists and meet legal obligations (legal obligation).
• To answer you and send service messages (our legitimate interest in running the service).
• Website analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies (your consent, which you can withdraw).

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with:

• Service providers that run the platform for us under written terms: Fly.io (hosting, United Kingdom), Vercel (website hosting), Railway (blockchain indexing), Resend (email delivery), Sentry (error monitoring), Sumsub (identity and business verification), Dynamic (embedded wallets), Google Analytics (website analytics, with consent).
• Partner services you choose to use. Their own privacy terms then apply.
• Authorities, where the law requires.

Some providers process data in the United Kingdom, the United States and other countries. Where data from the EU or UK goes to a country without an adequacy decision, we rely on standard contractual clauses or the provider's equivalent safeguards.

5. How long we keep it

We keep account details while you use BlankFX and for 12 months after you close your account. We keep verification and sanctions-screening records for 5 years after the relationship ends. Error logs are kept for up to 90 days and website analytics for 14 months. Blockchain data is public and cannot be deleted by us.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete data we hold about you. Contact us at privacy@blankfx.org.
